Contact box take over?

I had just recently purchased the Highend theme, and I really do like your theme! But, I have been having issues with it already, I have my website down in maintenance mode as I am putting everything back together. I was working on a contact page and had everything complete on the page, I published the page and went to view it. Opening the page I found that everything I had written is not showing up on the page, it is empty except for the contact box that for some reason shows up in the top right side of the page, I put it at the bottom of the page under everything I had written.

Trying to figure out this issue I deleted the page and wrote another, same result, I then disabled the contact form 7. Even with the program disabled the contact box was still in the same location, so I uninstalled the contact form 7. Even with it uninstalled it is still showing up on the page, I deleted the cache every time, I even installed a different contact form but for some reason this one overrides the one that is actually installed.

The worst part of it all the version of the contact form that keeps showing up is not even the way I set up the form. It is like the base contact form that keeps appearing on the contact page after it is published, it does not do it if the page is previewed, just after it is published……so, any advice or help on this issue is very much appreciated as I am getting ready to relaunch my website for 2015.
