compatibility issue

Hi,

I am some issues with my website in regarding to compatibility issues over different devices for Highend WP theme. I checked the compatibility of theme on different devices and found that it only works on web and tablet not on mobile device.The issue detail is attached below in case you need description of this issue.

“Theme is working fine on Web and tablet device but not mobile, (checked on android phone). It display nothing but the message “coming soon”.”

Please advise.
