Comments Form Showing on Blog Small Page

For some reason, the comments form is showing on our category pages. We use the blog small page in the template for our category pages and set the pages to show content from a certain slug. This hasn’t happened before but now is showing comments. See link below.

Can we get this page to not show the comments form? Every time we create a new page it adds the comments form and we don’t want this to happen.
