Comments fields showing up on category page

Please see picture attached, the comments fields/form (Name, email and comment) is showing up on pages they should not be in. They are showing up below blog posts in category pages.

There is no setting on the page that would allow for this, the “Allow Comments” screen option is even unchecked.
