Columns Touching & Bullets Overlapping

After the recent WordPress update (4.5), I have found that when using columns, the columns are now “touching”. For text elements, I am able to add a margin to separate the columns, however, for items including buttons, team member box, etc. I am not able to add a space between these elements and the previous column. Further, when using bullets, the bullets use to be justified against the left margin, which I did not like. I always felt there should be an indent between the left margin and the first bullet level. However, after the upgrade, I have found the first level of bullets now hanging into the preceding column. This looks like a mistake.
