Client Carousel Error

I have this client carousel running on a couple sites, and yet this one is no functioning properly.

Its just stacking all of the logos not scrolling them through.

I have exhausted all of the issues I can, even re uploaded the theme.

client carousel is at the bottom of the page with all of the golf course logos to scroll.

Anyn ideas why its stacking the logos instead of scrolling through them?
