clickable emails and LikeIt button

I have several questions, I hope you can help me figure them out.
1. I have my email in the footer, and I’d like to be able to make it clickable (I know I hate it when I can’t click an email on a website). It’s in a text widget in the footer…I’ve tried the <h ref>mailto: and then my address but it didn’t work, it just showed up as mailto:mkillustrations.com. And it definitely wasn’t clickable. Can you tell me how to do this?

2. Also wondering if there is a way to add a mail icon in the top header but the social media buttons? I’ve seen it on other websites so wondering if this is possible?

3. I’d also like to be able to put a Like it button for facebook by my blog. I haven’t found anything like this…how do I do this?

4. And finally, I’m wondering if all the pages (I think there are like 104) on my site from the loaded demo theme are slowing down my site. Can I (or should I) delete some of them?
