Chrome Issue

See previously post tickets ##18282 and #18279.

I am working in Chrome. I do not know if others are having these issues based upon the browser. I am actually able to see the Mega Menu, only one of the menu items for the side bar for the one page, parallax scrolling on the Times background image when I view my website in IE.

Please check the site with other browsers as most people now use Chrome before providing an answer.

Need a major answer! Great theme and builder, YES!
