Choosing a different theme demo to download

Hello,

I am having trouble finding out how to import a theme demo. I know where to go to do this but the problem is that the demo I would like to import is not an option.

So I noticed the section that says, “New templates are released with each theme update.”

In my thought process, if it is a demo on the HB Themes Website then it should be available to download. Thus, I must not have the most up to date version the the theme.

If my thinking is correct, I need help finding where to update the theme.

If it is wrong, I need more guidance.
