Child Theme Highend

I created a website with the highend theme and have been customizing it for a few months. Recently it came to my attention that I was not doing this on a child theme and I have read that using child themes is how I should have initially gone. Is there any way to transfer my current changes to a child theme so I do not lose my hard work? I am using Version 3.2.2. and want to update but not lose all the changes I made to it
