Checkout payment processor percolating, stalling

When entering information in the billing/shipping fields, the credit card “loading” icon stays on and does allow you to input credit card info. The person can enter shipping and billing info, but cannot enter credit card info because the “loading” icon will not go away to allow it. This happening especially on mobile devices.
