Checkout page in Highend showing "…" instead of "Shipping Address"

On the checkout page, when the customer is filling out the shipping information, there is a checkbox that should say “Shipping Address” or “Ship to a different address?”. But instead it says “…”

This is confusing to the customer, and appears to be an error in the template Highend uses for the checkout page.
