Changing title colours for icon features / footer menu visibility

Dear HBTHemes team,

1)please help to customize title colour of icon feature,
2)please help to make footer menu visible.

Sorry for opening new topic (I’ve already asked those questions in another topic). But I cannot re-enter the old topic. Every time I click to enter the previous topic – I found myself logged out with information prompting that I cannot see the topic – it’s only for registered users.
