changing demo

Hi,
Your company recently imported the higend main demo template for me, which was excellent service. However, I am having trouble using it and think its too complex for my needs. Is it possible for you to imprt the minimalist demo instead, with the hope I can get along better with the more simplistic template. I have read the support documents etc but just am not getting along with the complexity of the template.
Additionally, for some reason the site is very slow, even though my internet connection is sound.
