Changes In Customizer doesn´t save

Hi, Yesterday I bought Highend Template. When I get into Appearence -> Customize and change by example de -> Color Navigation Bar (I set it to Yellow) and Click Save Changes I can see in the preview the color changing, Blue button says SAVED (see screen1.jpg upper part).

I close with the “X” at the left side of the screen and get out from there.
I go again to Appearence -> Customize and the Color Navigation bar is not in yellow as I saved, but if I dropdown the option of Color Navigation bar I can see that the little box of the color is still in yellow but the Preview show the original Light Grey Navigation Bar. (see screen1.jpg down part)

I navigated trough the forum but haveent seen any post like this one.

I have changed as a post said.. the settings in the wp-config.php
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );
set_time_limit(400);
but as it says in that post that is to solve standard problems procedure of increasing WP memory limit for WooCommerce plugin, and nothing happened.

Please can you give me a little of help.
