change WooComm shopping cart layout

I’m a designer that would like to rearrange elements on the WooCommerce SHOP page, but I’m not a code guru, so I’m wondering if there is an easy way, Like changing it with the Visual Composer – or – – – – ???
How can I do this.
– it does not seem Obvious to me.

I have text and image content at the top of my page, but wish that it was BELOW the 2 Products I have at the bottom. – Is there an easy way to change this ?
