Change User Capabilities for HighendWP plugins/features

I have installed the Advanced Access Manager plugin and want to edit which items show up in the sidebar for users with “contributor” level.

Because the HighendWP plugins/functions aren’t included in the list of capabilities by default, I can’t control them from within the plugin.

Does anyone know how I could do this? I have access to my theme files and read I need to edit the manage_options for the plugins, but can’t find the appropriate location.
