Change Top Menu Bar Login Form

Hello,

I have some questions regarding the top menu bar.

1, I would like to change the default login form in top menu bar to other forms from some wordpress membership plugin. I know I have to modify the header-top-bar.php file, but I just can’t figure out how.

2, After a non admin user logged in, I’d like to change the dashboard option to something like MyAccount and link it to another page.

Please help.
