CART TOTAL COLUM NOT UPDATING/ HELP!

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP WITH THE FOLLOWING ISSUE:

Please note: we have checked all our setting and tried every thing and nothing works. please help!

Here is the issue:

The cart totals column on the view cart page does not update when you change your shipping choice.The only way it updates the totals after you change your shipping choice is to re-fresh the page! This is very bad. How will the customer know to do this? It is very confusing, as the cart does not update!

However,the totals and shipping options work and update on the check out page.

I contacted Woo Commerce about this and they said the following:

“I see the issue on the cart page. There’s something in your theme that’s causing the page from refreshing.

I’ve drawn this conclusion because I previewed your site in the Customizer with a default theme,and when the shipping is changed, it spins and the final total updates:

I’d recommend reaching out to the developer of Highend to see what’s happening.”

The file they need to look at is HighendWP/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php

Do you have any coding that can correct this most upsetting issue?
The site is not live yet, as it is under development.
ALSO, IF POSSIBLE CAN YOU PLEASE HAVE THE SHIPPING DEFALUT TO FIRST CLASS MAIL
