Carat graphic in pre-footer and testimonials

I am working on tweaking on my site in production. It is not live yet but I have included a screen capture of the area in question. When I changed my content background color to white, the carat graphic (encircled in red) color remains the light gray. I’d like to know I can remove this entirely or change the graphic. Is there a way to adjust this?
