Can't set up HB widgets in blog posts

I don’t know where I can set up “latest blog posts” in a new post like it is shown in the Complete Flexibility post example.

Even with a shortcode I can’t set up the HB theme widgets eg. [HB-Themes] Contact Widget Info (which should be hb_contact_info_widget) within a post. What would be the right shortcode? I tried everything 🙂
