Can't save

Hi, I have two questions.

1. I can’t save any changes in highend options. When I change something and click save changes, it just shows “saving now” … infinitely… when I refresh it, nothing saved.
2. In the attachment, I want to delete the part above the map (which is (contact home>contact)). How can I do it?
