Can't make the site live

I’ve installed Highend in a sub-folder on my site. I’ve got it ready to launch.
When I was working on it I set the “under construction” mode switch in the Highend options.
Now I’ve turned off that switch, logged out of WordPress as an admin, and go to the sub-folder where everything is installed.

When I do that I still get the “under construction” page. I’ve cleared the cache in my browser and tried it under a different browser.

Please advise.
