Can't import the demo need help!

Hi, I’ve been trying to import the demo for days now and nothing works I’ve done almost everything you guys say but still no luck. I don’t know if anything is happening at all because I only get the “Please be patient while the demo is being imported” but that message shows for hours/days. And I need to get my site up and running as soon as possible, and this has been delaying me for days, I’m so frustrated now.

Could you help me out please? Maybe one of your crew can import the demo for me? that would be terrific I would appreciate it.
