Can't import Highend demo content

I just bought the Highend WordPress theme and I cannot import the demos. I get “max_input” errors. I’ve tried manually importing or editing a php.ini, but nothing works.

I want to get the Presentation Demo content populated so I can see how it works to replace with my content. But I’d like to test all the demos after that.

Please help. This is frustrating.
