Can´t import a template "Presentation" – Please be patient while Presentation de

I have a bluhost server (shared) and when I want to import the template “Presentation” from “Highend” and appears this message:

“Please be patient while Presentation demo is being imported. This may take a few minutes.”

And never happens after 3 hours.

I already contact bluehost and they changed permissions and other stuff and still the same message.

Could you help me?
