Can't customize the theme

Hello! I purchased the Highend theme this week, and installed the demo content for my new website, but I’m unable to customize anything or upload logos, etc. to the library. A few sections let me make changes on the screen but won’t save them. But I can’t even make any changes in other sections. I checked the support documentation but didn’t find anything to help with this situation.
