Can't change the colour customiser

Hi,

I’ve installed the minimalistic demo and can’t change the colour customizer… I’ve read an old forum post that says use appearance>customise but i don’t think I have the same custom features this way, or do I? The post also said to reset it, but I don’t know how to do that… Primarily I want to edit the font colours and menu colours… thanks,
