can't add pages to menu

Hello,

After updating some woocommerce and wpml plugins yesterday, I no longer can add pages to my nav menu. I tried to create a new menu but when I click on “save menu” it removes most of them automatically. I looked for this problem online and people were saying it’s all about the PhP version. So I contacted with bluehost and they updated it to a new version but it’s still the same.
