CANNOT SAVE PAGE UPDATES

Hi-

I am unable to save changes using the Frontend page editor. I have spent nearly 15 hours troubleshooting this with no success. I have scoured this forum, seen that it is a common issue, and have taken all of the recommended steps (see below). At this point, I am under a deadline and do not have the time nor the bandwith to go back and forth with this. If the issue cannot be resolved speedily I would kindly appreciate a full refund or just forward the matter to the BBB and / or file a small claims against HB Themes/Mojo Marketplace. Please advise.

Steps taken:
– Deactivated/reattempted save/reactivated all plugins

– Set my WP memory limit accordingly (see attached)

– Am not running nor have installed Woo E-commerce

– Refreshed/logged out/reset several times

Also, on a design related note, under “Main Header Layout” I’ve selected “Type 3 (supports sticky header). When I enable “Sticky Header” the logo is a decently proportioned size, but when I scroll, the entire top section responds by enlargening the logo and offsetting the body-to-menu section proportion. When Sticky Header is not enabled, the weird response goes away, but my logo is disproportionately large throughout.

Ideally, I would like the logo to be the same size it is when I choose header type 3 and enable sticky header BEFORE the disproportionate logo resizing and response occurs as a result of scrolling. Please advise.
