Cannot reply to support – Followup post-51086

Still happening…I will try and explain better.
I’m adding the steps I’m going through with screen shots to help you better understand. I can go to support and I can login. Shows me logged in.
Step 1 – Log into support.
Step 2 – Go to my topics
Step 3 – Click on the topic I want to respond to.
Well look at that, it says I have to login. And of course you login it goes back to the page of support, not this topic.
So I tried to search for my topic on the support page and enter that way.
Step 4 – I’m logged in AGAIN. I find my topic and click on it.
Step 5 – Guess what, I need to log in to respond.
I have tried this on Chrome and Firefox so far. As you can see from the screen shots I can Post a new topic, just cannot come back and respond.
