cannot install demo files

I have just purchased the HIGHEND theme …
I had my host provider create a WordPress Test area with a fresh install of WordPress. I successfully installed the HIGHEND theme into this test area…. however,
I have not been able to install the Highend Main Theme demo files either via ‘one click’ method (system will just sit for hours on end) or by manual method following instructions (WordPress page goes to a ‘file not found’ error page). Deletion of ‘menus’ and starting over goes to same error condition and again deletion of created menus.
