Cannot import demo

Hello,
Seeking to import demo.
I have worked with BlueHost to fix the following error found at the top of my import demo page:
“Please resolve these issues with your server configuration before importing any demo template:
1. Maximum Execution Time (max_execution_time) : 30 seconds. Recommended max_execution_time should be at least 400 Seconds.”

BlueHost confirms that this has been “done on the back end” (meaning the issue has been resolved and is set for 400 seconds) and not showing up “on the front end” and apparently cannot help me any further.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
