Cannot create new menus…..

I have tried to create a new menu and accompanying widgets as usual but for some reason I cannot

1. see the menu on the website

2. it won’t allow me to assign pages to the new menu via Page attributes

3. an original menu stopped working and although I can see that on the website the articles that were attached to it are missing….. so I tried to create a new menu for those also but that has not worked either.

I’ve attached screen shots for the menus and widgets so that you can see. Please help
