Cannot add Page

After starting to use the Highend theme,I cannot add pages. I have added a page (http://www.alloutblog.net/guest-posting-guidelines/blog-hops/) and it does not show on my menu bar (it is supposed to be under guest post guidelines. I also cannot reorganize any of the pages. The ones that are showing are ones I had placed prior to using this theme.
