Can someone help me with this team member page?

Hi, I wanted to do our team member pages like this “Team Member-Right Detail” but cant seem to locate the page to put it into the menu. Im not super proficient in coding, so break it down in dummy terms for me please. I wanted to make it a sub menu under our “about us” parent menu. Thanks in advance. http://www.sgsofga.com
