Can I remove frames?

    Hello

    My SEO audit states that the frame on my site is damaging my SEO score. I use Highend theme in a basic configuration, i.e. I don’t use any galleries or fancy effects. Is it possible to remove the frame without affecting the look and functionality of my site? The site in question is pestcontrol-at-home.com
