can anyone help me with this

Sorry but frustration is kicking in and i have been fixing problems after problem. PLEEEEESSSE can someone help me. I read most of hb post and youtube and im stuck. If i have to pay i will pay but please help me to get the site working right i spend most of the time fixing and not editing.
1) upper and lower menu will not show my edits.
2) I can not get my logo in the footer to appear in the german translation.
3) The About us. I can not get they’ve said about us carousel in german translation to working.
4) I can not get the three icons below the slider to center.
5) It is hard to read the text on a my iphone a power retina display it is fine on a regular display
6) I can get the price table in german.
