Calculating Taxes (IMPORTANT)

Hey guys,

I am a business that sells solely from my house, like Ebay. I understand that I have to tax only where I have a physical presence, which in this case is Chicago, Illinois. Anything outside of that, I do not have to tax.

I am having a very difficult time setting this up in WOO commerce and it doesn’t appear to be working. Can someone please assist? We plan to launch next week and I really need this working. I really appreciate the forum’s support!
