Bullet icons not showing up on Aegaeus

I have tried to add an UL and OL in Aegaeus and the bullets do not show up. This is a known issue but the “styles” option does not show up (one solution) in my interface. The shortcode [LIST] does not work. It appears that the code is recognized because the formatting changes slightly but the bullets do not show up and the list is not indented.
