Broken theme options

I was setting up the demo. The theme options page was working and when I imported the settings from the theme_option_export.txt file the page broke and now it shows the menu, save button and blank space where the options should be.

I have tried uninstalling the theme a couple times and reset the theme options with no success.

I would like to know what can be done to fix this short of resetting the site.
