blogs with sharing icons questions

The sharing and comments is there a way to move that up to the top of the blog post? or underneath it? http://coolingitem.com/?p=2093

and with the icons to share and comment is there a way to have just the icons on a page from left to right vs a drop down menu on the comments box?

and the settings to share the correct info about the post title and description with the drop down menu on the comments box?

I added social media one at a time under a description they when sharing they give the correct info about the page vs the drop down menu sharing on the comments box..

also what plug in do you recommend so I can have a blog template that I can copy each time with new pictures and text…
