Blog title appearce twice on blog page

Hi
The blog title appearce on the post page twice (please see Attachement).
Even we copied the page-blog.php into the Folder HighEndWP-child and the command “<?php get_header(); ?>” has been commented.
As shown in the attachment we like to make the red marked title disappeared.

Any suggestion?
