Blog post author image won't display

Hello,
I want to have a photo appear in my user/author information section that appears below my blog posts but nothing is currently appearing there. I went to the menu that has the information that it is using for the rest of the author info but there isn’t a place to upload a photo. I have attached a photo showing what section I am talking about. Could you please tell me how I can update this with a photo?
