Blog Images Carousel not displaying anything

I am trying to display the Blog Images Carousel on my homepage: http://www.valleyislesoccer.com instead of the Essential Grid. When I add the element in Visual Composer, nothing shows up on the page except blank space.

Also, when I try to add the Blog Boxes with featured images, the images do not show up; only the titles to the blog posts and links to same.

Please help! I love the look of the new Blog Boxes and Image Carousel!
