Blog Home Page problem

The Blog home page on my site is displaying as something other than what I have created. When I “Edit this page” I see exactly what I’ve made (which was appearing correctly until this afternoon) I can’t seem to make the correct page appear.

Issues:
My custom image does not display
Although I’ve selected “Grid” it’s in a single column
The sidebar is the wrong one
The sidebar is on the wrong side

Like I said, in the editor the page is just right. What shows up is ??
