Blog Featured Image Size

    Hi,
    What is the recommended Blog posts – Featured Image size? Where can I find the right image ratio?

    I tried searching in forums and I’m posting here as a last resort only.
    Please note that I would like to display my headers without being cropped. Here are my theme settings:

    Content Width: 1170px
    Sidebar Size: Large
    Sidebar: Left (default)
