Blog Carousel Excerpts Error

    Hi, I would like to change my blog carousel excerpts from auto to manual. I search this forum and found this topic:

    However, after I follow your instructions, my blog carousel excerpts become “get_the_excerpt” instead of getting the correct excerpt. I think the code you provided is something wrong.

    Please advise asap.
