Blog as homepage

Hello,

I’ve been reading the FAQ’s about homepage but I’m not sure if I’m getting right everything as I’m working with a template…

I used a blog template of Presentation demo as frontpage and called it home. I want to show my latest posts on that page. What do I put in the reading settings? Front page displays latest posts, or static page and posts page: Home?
