Blank space – Top and bottom part of website

    Hi sorry if I’m re-posting. I want to remove some blank spaces on top and bottom part of page’s Body/Content.
    Is there a way to remove them with custom codes?

    And I would like to remove the line spacing in footer area too. Please help
